On the brunch buffet you will find, among other things:

• Plateau from the sea: smoked salmon fillet and mackerel

• Plateau of the country: carpaccio with rocket & Parmesan cheese

• Salad buffet with various fresh salads and dressings.

• Live cooking, various types of meat and fish are prepared on the grill à la minute.

• Selection of hot dishes

• Guilty pleasure: snack wall with various types of snacks

• Children's buffet with fries, snacks & applesauce

To conclude the brunch festively, we serve an extensive dessert buffet:

• Ice cream cakes & Bavarian cream

• Fresh fruit

• Ice cream at the ice cream bike

• Slush puppie

• Chocolate fountain with sweet treats

During the Sunday brunch, the following drinks are included:

• Coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, soft drinks, draft beer (Swinckels), and house wine (M-Selection).

  Important to know:
  Changing the number of people or canceling the reservation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start.
  
  Allergies and/or special dietary requirements
  When making the reservation, you can indicate if you have any allergies or special dietary requirements. On the day itself, one of our chefs will take you on a tour of the buffet so you know exactly which dishes contain which allergens.
