Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen-Lent is a true family business. The management is formed by Marije van der Valk and her partner Thijs Boomkens. Marije, 4th 'Valk generation', is the daughter of Peter and Gera van der Valk, who built the then 'Café-pension West-End' into the current Van der Valk Hotel Arnhem since 1980.
