Nijmegen-Lent is the perfect location for organising events, for both business and leisure. The facilities accommodate groups from 2 to 450 persons for meetings, conferences, trainings,
buffet dinners (live cooking), receptions and leisure events.

The meeting rooms can be fitted according to your wishes and or needs. They are also equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment such as BOSE sound systems. Wireless internet via fibre-optic network is unlimited and free of charge in the hotel. In addition, the range of mobile providers (GPRS, 3G, 4G) is excellent.

Day sessions

Meeting room hire is calculated per session. We have the following sessions*:

Morning: 08:00 - 12:30h
Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:30h
Evening: 18:00 - 23:00h
