  • Video conference set with camera and 55 inch LCD screen
  • Perfect sound via the BOSE sound system in the meeting room
  • Online streaming for up to 100 delegates
  • Guests can dial in from home, these persons can be seen on the LCD screen
  • The speaker can connect his laptop to the projection screen in the meeting room, the presentation can be seen both in the meeting room and at home by the guests who dial in
  • The connection is via an encrypted platform; the guests who wish to dial in will receive a link to join the meeting

Video conferencing with a fixed camera

  • Video conference set with camera and 55 inch LCD screen
  • Online streaming for up to 100 delegates
  • The speaker can connect his laptop to the projection screen in the meeting room, the presentation can be seen both in the meeting room and at home by the guests who dial in

  • External speakers (from all over the world) can dial in and give their presentation. Guests can see and hear the speaker and a (PowerPoint) presentation may also be shown in the meeting room and online.

Package 2 - Silver

  • Broadcast up to 4 hours
  • Maximum 250 viewers
  • 1 x 8 hours studio day including preparation
  • 1 x 6 hours rehearsal time
  • Custom Branding (banner 1x1.5m)
  • Custom background for the purpose of green screen
  • Possibility to dial into the studio for up to 4 people (video & audio)
  • Including recordings of the broadcast
  • Including broadcast transmission to the conference rooms
  • 3 x technical assistance

Package 3 - Gold

  • Broadcast up to 8 hours
  • Maximum 1000 viewers
  • 1 x 10 hours studio day including preparation
  • 2 x 4 hours rehearsal time
  • Custom Branding (banner 5x1m + 1x1.5m)
  • Custom background for the purpose of green screen
  • Possibility to dial into the studio for up to 8 people (video & audio)
  • Including recordings of the broadcast & pre-assembly
